Why do I feel like nothing at all...?

When just hours ago I felt like myself?

I can relate to that. Alot of times I just want to become invisible.

Just try and remember that there's alway goodness and light shining within you and radiating out to those around you.

Life has a tendency to move so fast that we forget to put energy into ourselves. Between work, school, family significant others, kids we lose ourselves in the midst!! But just take a pen and a piece of paper and write down your thoughts, and remember this moment when you feel nothingness, and a week from now i am sure you will realize you are GREAT!! Read what you wrote
Mary, take sometime out for MAry, set personal goals and reach them.. and not a far away goal like make a goal to get more REST and to go to the Spa in the near future!!!
Remeber you only live ONCE!
Feel everything and expereince everything!!!

You may feel like nothing in comparison to all the forces that are pressuring you from the outside. Sometimes we forget that we can control our surroundings to some extent, but just doing the smallest things can sometimes prove to ourselves that we can. Go outside for a few minutes and see if you can accept the world as your own. Even when there are no people there, the very air will listen to you.

that happens to me every day. i think it happens to everyone constantly, wether they admit it or not. some people call it different things, depending on their background and upbringing, but i think its all the same. read some bhuddist philosophy. i wouldnt call myself a bhuddist, necessarily, but a lot of the stuff ive read kind of explains ( as much as it can be explained in words ) that same feeling and although it doesnt feel a whole lot better, at least it puts it in SOME sort of perspective
