After closing multiple pop-ups, loss control of mouse and keyboard?
I have just went to a website and the integrated pop-up blocker failed to block some multiple pop-ups! I had closed every opo-up there is, and now i thought it safe to return to my work. Just after i saved my work, I left the windows office Word app open. When i came back there were dashes (---) from where i left it. And surprisingly the mouse moves by its own! Every minute whenever i stop moving! My system is running on Win XP home SP2. Using a Dell PC Desktop and im using a manual mouse. Also a bit-torrent client was running in the background. Was i hacked? What should i do?

You should scan your system with updated virus definitions:
Multiple pop-ups are a sure sign that your comp is not properly secured and a sure invitation for more trouble. Simply closing a pop-up can often install more malware on your comp, Pop up blockers are kind of like taking an aspirin for a brain tumor, the may relive the symptoms but do not get at the root cause. A properly secured WinXP sp2 comp should hardly ever get a single pop-up, never mind multiple ones.
Do all 3 of these to clean your comp. 1. Scan for virus and remove (free online scan) with BitDefender
http://www.bitdefender.com/site/home/
2. Scan for Trojans and remove (free online scan) with Ewido

3. Scan for ad/spyware and remove (free download) with Spybot Search & Destroy
Something is definitely wrong on your PC. Always try to have a antivirus and a firewall when you run things like torrents. Because your computer, I think, is open 24/7 and you have a communication gate open all the time some keepers are good to have. Try that and see what will happen next.
