Women, have you found it to be an effective alternative to other female hygiene products? Men, if you had sex with someone wearing one, what was your experience? ie: Was it uncomfortable?

I love it! It is the ONLY product that I can wear for more than an hour, as it holds the most blood. Sounds gross, but true. It's very comfortable to wear. The only drawback is that you get blood on your hand when you remove it, but that's what the bathroom sink is for anyway. I have never had sex while wearing one, or while on the rag. That would be WAY too painful for me.
