Psoriasis??

Does anyone know any over the counter remedies for psoriasis?? This winter has really affected mine and I have tried certain over the counter treatments with no luck.

yes, you can buy Cortaid or Cortizone creme....this should take of it...also, you can try fish oils (omega 3), flax seed oils, and aloe vera! this should help!

Need more info. Is it head or body? T-gel for head and cortisone cream for body. If its out of control see a skin doctor one good shot should get you on the road to recovery.
