You might want to check and see if you are having an issue with space on your computer. It may have trouble loading everything when you start. Trying to keep a few extra programs from starting automatically when you restart could help. My boyfriends computer was doing this for the longest time but we repaired his hard drive with the windows cd during startup and now it works terrific.
