You can buy blank stamped ones from the post office and on the front you can put a pic of your ceremony site or you two or even your flowers. on the back you put the response question part. Just run them through the printer or if you don't ahve the time take them to kinkos or a copy store in your area.

I received an invitation that had little ribbons tied in bows with my name on them attached to a card stock post card. I was to stick the bows onto the card if I was attending and another for my guest.
