Could you take apple cider vinegar after meals and still lose weight? Only serious answers please!!!?
I read the instructions wrong and have been taking after each meal for 4 days. I should have taken before each meal. Is there a difference?
I'm going out of town so I just wanted to lose a couple of pounds. I have lost weight the healthy way before but I wanted to lose a little faster. I wasn't planning on using for a long period of time.
Again I know how to lose weight eating healthy but am only losing 1 to 2 pounds a week I have read that you can lose 3 or more a week taking apple cider vinger. I dont plan on using for a long time. I also know that there are a lot other good health benefits.
