Ugggg what a nightmare those things were. My boys had to do that for the sports they played.
It's totally legal. If you can get to a grocery store, try to sell them there, just before people walk into the store. Might have better luck then going door to door. Have your speech short and accurate. (who you are, what they are for, etc...)

Depending upon the size of 'non profit organization' they do need to have a permit if it exceeds the limited amount (which usually comes through the provider of 'so called ticket') it's a basic form which looks like the one they would claim on 'end of the year taxes. If the person that is selling the tickets are a 'sub-contractor' of organization then it would be given to the organization from the 'copywritten owner of ticket' as a business. other then that - in other words if you are selling the tickets for ' school, 4-H, church group etc - it's as safe as having a car wash ( that is because its a short term agreement and its not based with anual income and no payroll involved. its a form of volunterring for your organization.

Yes, it is legal to sell it. However, depending on if they are specifically in your name, then the people you sell them to may not be able to cash them in.

well... working on you "speeching skills" would be good, but it doesn't sound illegal if you are raising money for a fundraiser.
