What happened in New Orleans was a complete disaster, and should have been a wake up for America. We literally forgot about our own people. My son was there in June for a month on a missionary trip and brought back photos of the devastation. Incredible and heart breaking. However, slowly but surely they will rebuild. I lived in New Orleans in 1979, have always wanted to go back. I will tell you I have always said that New Orleans has some of the best people, greatest food and culture of any place i have been in the United States. We must all continue to keep them in our prayers and do what ever little or large thing to help that we are capable of doing. God Bless

I was there 2 days after the hurricane hit and have been back twice since.
There are bad people everywhere and alot of people who like to get attention by coming up with conspiracies.
