Files & Settings transfer Wizard...How to?

Before I did system recovery on my computer, I downloaded my files only using the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard from system tools. I have two discs of my files and I want to put it back onto my computer. What is the simplist and uncomplicated way to do it? I tried to download it but I am having a hard time! Help me please! thanks!!

Run the Files & Settings transfer Again and click on this is the new computer and when it ask you for the location of the back direct it to the cd rom or where ever you have the files and let it do its thing.
