First, assuming that by "my lover" you mean "my sexual partner" and by that you mean "my whore". I can only pose the question, why not ask her to be your girlfriend? Ok, all joking aside. The best thing to do would be to write the song yourself. You could honestly name it "crap sandwich", however, if it sounded good it really wouldn't matter now would it. I mean hell, eric clapton's "classical gas" makes me snicker in the "I'm 10 years old again way", however, I respect it as being my favorite acoustic song despite the naming.
