How to set ORF 2 on old Grundig tp660 TV?

My son accidentally removed the "program" from the TV/remote and since we are renting a furnished apartment with this TV... I have no acess to instructions, etc.

The owner told me that there is a combination of keys that will cycle the TV through all the bandwidths looking for the channel, then you click some other keys to set the channel - she doesn't remember how to do this, however.
