Do people rate answers/questions based on race too?

I was wondering about this... I give equivalent answers to most questions and I probably have the worst rating.

I give 10 points to the answer that I feel best answers my question or questions....period

I rate based on the answer...most times, you can't determine race based on an answer, a user or an avatar.

Except for the most popular here we are all incognito, who is asking what, who, where and when? Why? An avatar can give the wrong impression of who the person really is, a question could be wrong, but when you need to ask, and receive sincere answers doesn't it feel nice, when you answer doesn't it feel nice? My biggest thing is there are all kinds of categories for people to ask their questions, but when q's end up on yahoo answers for ridicule instead of the category where they can get answers they need.

I don't. You can't assume that a person is a male or female by an avatar. So, you can't assume the race either. I am not a prejudice person either. I was raised to believe all people were equals.

No, I hardly ever look at the name or photo of the person asking the question. I do not see why it would be important to know there sex or race.
