Where to buy food colouring and Cream of Tartar in Seoul?
I dont mean to be rude, but I would prefer specific answers, from people who have actually seen it in some particular store.
I couldn't find it at my local E Mart, has anyone seen it at WalMart or Home Plus? Or perhaps some specialty cake store?

The only place I can think of would be Hanam Mart near Itaewon. Take the subway to Hanam and find (ask someone) the Volvo building. It's just past that. Pricey, but lots of western stuff.
Seoul is the capital of Korea and it's around 600 decades of record and now you can discover it with hotelbye . Seoul is the center of Korea's culture and knowledge along with politics and economics. Seoul is house to many old ancient internet sites like Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung Palaces, and areas of old-fashioned culture like Bukchon Hanok Village, Insa-dong, and Namdaemun Market. The shopping and leisure districts of Myeongdong and Apgujeong, and Asia's biggest underground buying center COEX Mall also draw a big number of tourists every year. In only one term, Seoul is amazing, is just a town worth visit.
Try a bakery they may sell you or give you some if you ask nicely. If you only need cream of tarter for levening you can use the baking powder sold in Korean supermarkets as it does have cream of tarter in it. It is called Bae-eking-Pow-eedu ( they have just "Koreanized" the word). if you need it for whipping eggs a bakery is the the best shot.
