I have a Ford F150 FX4 supercrew with a headlight that needs to be adjusted. I know to remove the headlights you lift the tabs up. Does the adjustment of the lights envolve the threaded screws that the tabs surround? Should I get the headlight adjustment tool from autozone to assist with it? Thanks in advance.

You are on the right track the threaded screws do adjust the lamps you will probably need a regular screw driver or a torx screw driver. Also if you look right above your headlights you will see a large bolt that you should be able to turn by hand that will adjust them also. Good luck.
Park about ten feet or so from a wall, turn your lights on, and turn the threaded adjustment screws. You want to aimthem on low beam, about halfway down, towardsthe right side, anotherwards, aim at a spot around 30 feet away where the right line would be. Thats how I do it anyways.
i own a shop, and your right with the threaded screws ,those are what adjust them, the tool your talking about is pretty handy to have around,i had always used the side of a building or the front of the shop door to do this but i got the tool and it works pretty good,it will just make it easier to do,,good luck i hope this help,s.
