I find that squating using and exercise ball against the wall really helps.
If you want to add some resistence hold dumbells while doing this.
do three sets of 10-12 reps...your legs and glutes will be firm.
I also recommend this exercise before doing any type of resistence training...it releases some kind of energy into your body for a more effective work out.

Lunges are great. They're even better when you hold weights in your hand while you do them.
