I find that squating using and exercise ball against the wall really helps.
If you want to add some resistence hold dumbells while doing this.
do three sets of 10-12 reps...your legs and glutes will be firm.
I also recommend this exercise before doing any type of resistence training...it releases some kind of energy into your body for a more effective work out.

lunges, squats, leg raises, ect. Check out fitnessmagazine.com they have free videos and printable workouts for every area. Hope this helps!

Lunges are great. They're even better when you hold weights in your hand while you do them.
