I was told (from a numerologist, in fact 3 or 4 of them ... plus some books) that it applies to financial wealth. That number is sadly lacking from any aspects to my life and I am always broke. So, there may be something to it. But I have the greatest friends and family. I consider myself to be extremely wealthy in that department.
