Hi,
It is very easy to feel stressed all the time and we do lead such hectic lives these days that it is difficult to get the required rest and recuperation. I searched for a long time for the answer and tried out all sorts of wierd and wonderful techniques before I found something that worked for me. I still use it to this day. I call it my bedtime wind down.

Do breathing exercises...inhale deeply thru Ur nose and slowly exhale by blowing the air out of ur mouth. That calms down ur heart rate or it does mine. Sit in ur chair and roll ur neck around..circle it all the way with ur eyes closed. Sit and just day dream off in space for a moment about something calming. Or just take a xanax lol sorry I just had to say that!!

Listen to music, preferably no one singing

massage yourself and listen to jazz or soft music. or get closer to God. read bible or devotional books and dont forget to pray. submit all your problems to God. just do your best and God will do the rest! =)
