Is anyone else having bad trouble with hotmail? Any solutions or ideas of causes?

Just closing the account and going away isn't a real option bec the ministry has had the same email for 10+ yrs and many ppl know it and it is on net many places. I do have a personal Yahoo account but that is not the solution for this problem.

Several times lately I get page can not be accessed even tho hotmail is the office's home page. I also hate the new beta live mail but that is another story. Is this a general problem, something between our computers and hotmail or?? And what can I do to make it work better?

It's time to get a REAL email service. Bite the bullet and switch to Google's free email service. IT's a LOT better. Go to mail.google.com for signing up or requesting an invitation to Gmail.

SEnd out emails to everyone on your email list telling them that you're changing email providers, and monitor hotmail for several months for anyone who sends you email to hotmail account. Give them your new Gmail address and tell them to send you mail there.

That's the only way to deal with hotmail issues.

I thought it was just me as well. I've been having the same problem. I tried going thru yahoo's search page instead of msn's and it suddenly worked after 4 days, but it's probably a coincidence.

Seems today they decided to work on the MSN network servers...My Windows Live Hotmail has been on again off again all morning long...
So it's not you...it's the MSN Network servers...
