Why do neocons try to equate 9/11 truth proponents to left-wing liberals?

Is it "left-wing" now to want freedom? Is it "left-wing" to oppose big government intrusion and surveillance?

Is it "left wing" to demand answers from your government, and try to prevent future abuses of power?

According to our founding fathers, anyone that questions our government in a patriot. better stand up and be a patriot or prepare to be a slave to the new world order!

Because. First of all, quit trying to label everybody that disagrees with you as Neocons. That is an automatic attack before anybody even begins to try to debate you.

What freedom is it that you are referencing? There are no more or less freedoms now than 10 years ago.

It isn't left-wing to oppose big government intrusion and surveillance. However, it is left-wing to be blind to the fact that such intrusion and surveillance was put into effect in 1979 by Executive Order 12139 from Jimmy Carter and further expanded in 1995 by Executive Order 12949 from Bill Clinton. It is left wing to complain about Bush using power that was given to the President by previous Democrat Presidents.

It isn't left wing to demand answers from your government. It is left wing to only do so when a Republican is President. If you don't like abuses of power, then why did you sit idly by while Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton enacted that power?

Not only neocons are saying that. Most Republicans as well as many democrats are unwilling to even consider the possibility.

Unforchantly many foolish people with crazy as well as conflicting ideas are out there. On the same note many people who support the official story are also very uneducated and way off base. That fact is, the more misinformation and misdirection that is out there the harder it is to get people to acknowledge the real questions. Most people simply ignore what they can't answer and pick on the weakest link.

Yes, I noticed several call the conspiracy theorists "left-wing". The only reason I can think of is because most of them claim a deep hatred for President Bush. You are being lumped like when someone denies 9/11 being an inside job, they are called Neo-cons (like me). So don't feel alone in being lumped.

If it were left wing to prevent future abuses of power, the dems wouldn't have won the house and the senate.
