Fuel trim malfunction Bank 1?

Question

I mistakenly put transmission fluid in my gas tank and drove my 97 c230 for a while nothing happened. Recently I had a check engine light with  fuel malfunction bank 1. i have cleared the code twice, changed the two  02 sensors (b4 and after the cat converter and the light came back again after a while. The car drives perfect when the code is cleared but hard to shift when the light comes back on. I have used fuel system cleaner twice after the this incident

Use a fuel injector cleaner with techtron or BG44K

Buy at least 3 or 4 fuel filters, adding a heavy concentrate of cleaner to each tank,change the fuel filters in between. That hydraulic fluid has surely made a big mess.

if you get a bank code it is typacly a fuel injector.  I would try the injector cleaner once more if that doesn't work sory to say but a mechanic might be needed!   

It may also be a coincidence doubt it but could be.
