Is this to much milk to drink?
I am starting a body building program and I am going to be drink about 3-4 protein shakes which would include drink about 40 ounces of milk a day. 8 ounces per shake for 3 and 1 16 ounce at bedtime. Is this amount of milk everyday going to cause problems, ie kidney stones is my biggest concern, or will it be okay since I will be doing high intensity owrkout and will be needing all the protein and calcium?
It would either be 1% low fat or some type of 1% 2% nonfat mik, won't be skim, can't stand the taste.
