to clarify, Intelligence (gained from tradtional education standards) is the result of knowledge already know by others. In theory intelligence has the ability to surpasse its boundaries of knowledge and create a new knowledge unkown by others.

The consequence of knowledge is intelligence, therefore, I would help others to learn again.
Intelligence isn't something gained from knowledge. Intelligence is the ability to learn or understand new things, as well as the ability to apply knowledge to manipulate one's environment.
You're comparing apples and oranges in a way, I believe your question is faulty.
with that in mind, I guess I would do A, but not necessarily teach people how to learn again, but maybe in a way helping people finding a new path of life. I would attempt inpsiring them to do this by letting them know what they are truly capable of with those special things in life, the little things.
