My school has a wierd dress code. How do I still look creative without getting in trouble?
Hey I'm 17 year old guy and about to be a senior in high school. My school has this annoying dress code that says we can were any color collard shirt we want but it can't have a design or pattern except for the little logos on your chest that tell the brand ex.lacoste alligator and polo ralph lauren horse and polo player. Meaning the shirt must be a one solid color. We are also not allowed to wear "blue" jeans. Its wierd but we can wear any other kind of pants except "blue" jeans meaning we can were black jeans, biege khakis, red sweats etc. everything except "blue" jeans.I hate it i think we should have a full dress code or nothing all but thier is a little wiggle room and it is noticed when you were the same thing over and over again. So I just want some help on standing out a little . What would you wear if you had this dress code head to toe? There isn't really a budget so anything goes.
T-shirts and undershirt: Belt: Pants: Shoes: socks included too why not lol :

I'd highly focus on the kicks!!!! That is one thing that will stand out the most, you can be highly creative but be carefull not to cross the thin line of creativity and just plain silly! I'd rock kicks with two colors and I'd match dat wif my shirt. As long as your kicks match your shirt the next challenge would be how you rock the jeans, and that's entirely depending on you. I buy my jeans extra long so that I don't have to sag them like a prison *****!! I like them bulging at the bottom but clean (Ifr possible match the jeans with the second color of the shoes)
And lastly, accesorizing is not just for females, I change my ring and watch according to my outfit.
For example black kicks with baige outlinning, back jeans, baige top. I like silver so a silver watch with a black face, and a ring with an onyx stone on there. but dat's just me!!
One VERY important thing though, always clean your kicks after you take them off so they floss strongly every time you wear them... ... you'll see how females pay attention to such small details!!
My socks and undeshirts always match too, I like black but I wear white from time to time depending on the outfit and mood!!
on an identical time as somebody asks you why you're so quiet, say you're thinking why there are people who situation you with stupid questions. on an identical time as they ask you in case you have any buddies tell them, "yea, sorry, i'm all booked up on buddies. probably next twelve months tho yea?" Get into some college golfing kit. Or, %. up a interest and meet persons that way. additionally, attempt now no longer looking indignant each and every and all the time. Smile each and every on occasion, finally you will adventure the variety you look. for the rationalization which you're tall, probably get into basketball. For the caf you have 2 ideas. hit upon an open spot and particularly take it, or ask somebody who's indoors of attain in case you will be able to desire to take a seat.
I dont have any ideas, but I think thats a Completely stupid rule for your school.haha I mean clothes really dont have anything to do with school, sure. Some dress codes are great, but certain colors?Oh if there worried kids are all worried about the latest fashion, and there not going to pay attention, well now there just worried about how they can look nice with out being ordered around what to wear.sorry for rambling on,whoops, I just think its dumb.
Short-sleeved button-down collared shirt in solid but bright color, like yellow or orange. Contrasting color undershirt Khaki pants in either very light brown, medium brown, or that army-green color. (Check Old Navy- they're good for guys' khaki.) Brown or black Skechers oxfords (those are the tie-up shoes), or athletic shoes with a sort of neutral pattern. As for socks- NEVER pair white socks with anything but sneakers, as a rule. If you're wearing brown shoes, go for tan-colored socks. Black shoes=black socks. And PLEASE if you wear a belt, which is not necessary, make sure it matches your shoes. (Black belt-black shoes, etc.)
