How To make my school uniform cool without getting dress code?

I've worn uniform for 9 years. (plaid skirts, khakis, and white polos). In this case, learn to bend the rules, and buy some kickass shoes and snazzy acessories. Belts. Necklaces. Fitted polos. Flared pants/skinny jeans. Depends what body type you have. If it's a strict uniform and everyone looks like clones, just buy shoes and acessories that make you stand out. And get your hair styled nicely. x]

oh its really cool that you can wear yellow as part of your uniform ive never heard of that before! i dont wear uniforms at my school but my friend does and she always goes back to school shopping for cute accessories like bracelets and necklaces and purses and stuff because shes aloud to accesorize with out a dress code for that. she also gets a few different tote bags as her backpacks and switches between different ones for the different polos shes wearing those days

Well it would have been helpful if you posted the dress code. Just wear cool jewelry. Bracelets, rings, necklaces that have bright colors. Also wear your hair in a pony tail and tie some cool colored ribbons in it. Or paint your nails an eccentric or exotic color.

get an amazing backpack or handbag! that shouldnt be a problem with the dress code.

i would get designer handbags to show off ur personality but if you dont want to spend that much, you should try looking at Hollister or any of those mall type of shops that carry tote bags!

Are you allowed to wear running shoes or do they have to be dressy? In my high school we could go all out with running shoes. We usually got shoes that matched the colors of our uniform and put different colors of fat laces in them to match even more. Can you wear knee socks that are argyle or have a matching pattern or color? Accessorize!

Do something with your hair..

Like Straighten it, Blow Dry..

If your allowed to wear jewerly..

Get a cute piece that matches your outfit..

Also, Get a cute tote bag for a schoolbag.. and Keep things in order..

or get some cool sunglasses! :)
