How to increase the amount of semen during ejaculation?
When I have ejaculate after sex or masterbation, there is very little semen that is shot out. Maybe just a drop or two. Is there any ways to increase this? Certain food or drinks? Exercise?

I've heard stories about eating a high protein diet will help. I drink alot of water everyday and my wife says that I drown her when we have sex so you might try that. Also, maybe try the ol' anus muscle contraction. Act like you've got a potato chip caught in your butt and you want to crumble it up. See how long you can keep your butt hole tight.

Between age 14 and 16 you will experience a noticeable increase in both size and semen output. It will continue to increase at a much slower rate until you are around 21 but it will probably not even be noticeable. Size will begin to decrease ever so slightly and semen output will decrease but at a slightly more noticeable rate until around age 40 when the prostate begins to harden. At this point semen output will fall off quite dramatically and the decrease in penis size will be quite noticeable. Somewhere between 50 and 65 you will stop worrying about size and semen output because your concern will shift from that to your ability to obtain and maintain erections. Viagra and Cialis will then become your friend until even that stops working. I do not know why semen volume should concern you since it is composed primarily of prostate secretions and has little effect on fertility. Unless you intend to act in the adult movie industry or have a sex partner that enjoys drinking large amounts of semen the volume should not make any difference. Penis size is always a concern but it can be a double edge sword. Many women are size queens and will not accept men under around 7 inches. Rejection for insufficient size can be embarrassing especially if the women is verbally cruel in the process. There are also many women who will not accept men over 7 inches because of fear of the discomfort or a desire to preserve the petite appearance of their genitals. Even though the mean ideal is about 7 inches the average male is 6 inches. The good part in this is that 6 inches will fall within either the comfort level for most women or within the range that they will accept.
Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/RkLBV
Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.
