It's be 79 hours and 16 minutes....I need some encouragement.?

I quit smoking 79 hours and 16 minutes ago, I'm dying for a cigarette. I can't help but think of how great that first puff would be and how good those new Marlboro Smooth's taste. I need some words of encouragement or something to do to get my mind off of it. I'm going crazy...

Wow, congratulations! You did better than me, i couldn't go for even 24 hours. Your question just encouraged me to try again. Thank you.

Now you're a non-smoker, so don't think about smoking. Just get it out of your vocabulary. You've freed yourself from the hold it had on you. Smoking is like a chain that drags you down. Stopping smoking is like unshackling yourself.

Watch other people smoke and think about the smoke going through their bodies, filling their lungs, slowly whithering them. Then think that you, luckily no longer have to go through that.

I understand now not what translation you're utilising, however my KJV reads 'furlongs' that's 220 yards or one million/eight th of a mile. When you divide 12,000 by means of eight you get 1500 miles. A cubit is measured at the period of the fore arm (17-21 in.), taking 18 in. and the imply dimension, one hundred forty four x 18 = 11520 in. or 960 toes. thick. This is town of God, and He could make it a giant or as small as He desires.

Hold your breath for as long as you can, when you can't take it anymore imagine if you couldn't breathe again. Thats how it will be if you keep smoking. I'm being dead serious. Smoking will take away your ability to breathe. Hope that helps.
