1. 2(16+n) = n + 32 1/2. Distribute.
32+2n=n+32.5. Combine the N's.
32+n=32.5. Subtract 32.
n=.5 or 1/2.

2. a=Jenny's age.
2a-5 = 3(a-5). Distribute.
2a-5 = 3a- 15. Combine the a's.
-5=a-15. Add 15.
