Will pet urine and and poop kill plants outdoors?
My friend is transplanting plants next to a dog run,I was thinking that the run off from rain and watering would alow the urine and poop would kill them.True or false?

Yes and no. Male urine from a dog will kill grass, female urine will not. now lets talk poop. The right amount of manure will help all plants, the key words are the "right amount". One thing you should also know is you should Not use meat eating animal manure on plants you are going to eat. There can be a lot of harmful bacteria that can make you very sick. Poultry and rabbit manure has a lot of nitrogen in it, where as cow manure has a lot less, you just need the right amount.

They should be fine, if you are worried go throw a sheet or light blanket over them-literally. It helps any foliage that may be harmed. 55 is a quite good temp, try to 'harden off' any plants you bring from in to outside however, its Pretty much letting them sit in the shade outside for some days, then some sun, then more sun, careful of the wind (wind burn) yaghta yaghta for 2 weeks or so and they are 'hardened' . And ready for the outdoors.

who cares i like to let it build up then git it on the mower tires and go arround in circles then i like to shoot rooster tails out the sides its kinda like a manure spreader the weather will break it down i dont think the forest is worried about it so as long is its not to big of monsters the flowers like it i dont mind the animals leaving it in my yard some people are so worried about it the catch there animals droppings right as there being made i personally enjoy a good game of hideand seek in bare feet at top speed coming arround the corner of the house but besides that its good to have some dukey in your yard even if its your own
