Martina Navratalova is excellent. Her command of the English language is better than most of the other commentators. She impresses me.
Patrick MacEnroe (sp?) is always excellent. I appreciate his history with some of the players as the Davis Cup captain... He is fair in his assessment of all the players. He doesn't state the obvious.
Some of the Aussies are interesting (great voices) but I have to admit, I don't understand all of their language (English, Aussie style).
How about you?

I like Cliff Drysdale. He actually sounds like a fan. I mean, did you see the Roddick loss? He kept saying how this might be the best match he'd ever seen, and with every point he was really into to it. I think he has a cool voice and accent. He seems to know about the game without getting into too much of the technical aspects like Mary Joe Fernandez or sometimes the McEnroes do. And I like that Luke guy who does the sideline reports while whispering.
As far as the worst, something about Dick Enberg gets to me. It's like everything he says is canned. That "Oh, My" thing sounds phony. Sorry, if you love Dick Enberg!
I think the guy above me is talking about Mary Carillo?
My favorite is Cliff Drysdale. He is very articulate, has a good vocabulary, he almost never flubs his delivery, and his vocal tone is nice and baritone!
I think John McEnroe and Jim Courier are beyond superb!
