Why doesn't Yahoo! automatically remove people from contact lists once they have been suspended?

Well I can only answer for myself on this one and it's because I'm black. I know I'm playing the race card here but I haven't used it in a while and I just kind of wanted to do it right now.

Because while you are in suspension, you have the right to appeal the decision; you have not been deleted, so yo are still a member.

I was in suspension for 10 days, just coming off of the list late Saturday night and i would have been distressed if I had been removed.

keep in mind that dukalink6000 has been in suspension for over a year and still can be contacted, even though the odds are negligible of him ever returning with that account

That would be great. I just had my almost level 4 account "suspended" the other day so this is my new account

They do it delibarately to cause chaos. The monkeys that sit flinging dung and driking coffee in the Yahoo! control room just can't be bothered. They're getting lazy these days.

I'm glad they don't. I like to keep my contacts even if they have been suspended, until they rise from the ashes again.
