Yeah... I always see to it that I get enough hours of sleep. it makes me healthy and feeling youthful. I countthe hours of my sleep. if i slip an hour or two, i make up on other days.

Some nights I sleep ok and some nights I don't. If I worry or doing alot of thinkin, I won't be able to sleep properly. Best way to go to bed with a clear mind and that way we all get decent sleep

hell no. my bed time is 4-7 in the morning on a good day

(I guess I do. I sleep 7 hours per day and it seems to work for me)
