i'm gonna write it out (right? wright?)?

What does that mean??

Ok so my boss asked me if I can change my schedule (10am-7pm) :\ … I didn’t want to so I said NO but if they had no one else I'll try it as long as its not a permanent change…

But then a co-worker came up to me and told me that the boss asked him the same thing.
I asked him what was his answer to her and he said that he was gonna "right it out" (wright) I have noooooooooo idea what he ment…

They only need one person to cover that shift so if that mean he will do it then I don’t have to and ill be happy :]

Hahaha

So my question is what does " IM GONNA WRIGHT IT OUT" mean?????

Me- "So what did you tell the boss?"
Him- "oh im gonna right it out"

what he said was "I'm gonna RIDE it out."
that saying has several different meanings, in this case it means one of the following:
1) he's going to wait and see what the boss decides
2) he's gonna work that shift
you should explain to him that you are unfamiliar with that expression and ask him what he meant, but my guess is he mean's he gonna work the shift
