i don't know, but it is GREAT! i mean yummy, i went for dinner. but i don't no if it would be open for breakfast, Probably though =)

You know, I ate there last time I went to WDW (a year ago this May) and I can't remember if it was or not. I don't think it was, but I could be wrong - if I remember correctly, though, they had muffins and pastries and other similar breakfast foods in the dessert area.
I'd definitely recommend that you still have a meal there. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent. Here are links to menus of both meals:
