Because he is a Bin Laden, and Bush is close friends with the Bin Laden family. Even if Osama is a black sheep, he still wouldn't risk pissing off a family who poured so much money into the Bush family, alot more money than what Bush makes as a salary.

Atlantic: If they were going to setup anyone for 9/11, it would have been Saddam Hussein. Because Bin Laden wasn't really behind 9/11. He was just a set-up used by the Bush Administration to serve as an excuse to steal oil.

Pakistan just changed leaders. Maybe he will piss us off enough that we don't much care that they are "supposed" to be our allies and take out some of those tribes that harbor the most wanted man on the globe.

That would be so awesome to find him in a fox hole looking like a bum off the streets.
