Well... SPECIFICALLY in Hilly-babe's case, Billy-boy retains the title of Mr. President until he dies. So if ... God save us... Hilly-babe becomes prez, they would be Mrs. and Mr. Prez!!!
Now... in the case of another woman who's husband was NOT a former POTUS, it would be The First Gentleman.
