I am 17- year old girl and I am 4 feet 11.5 inches tall. How can I get taller?

Oh and I forgot, how many more years do I have left to grow taller?

I believe girls stop growing taller at 18. To be honest there isn't much you can do to increase your height. My suggestions that probably won't work but what do you have to lose right? Drink more milk and take some sort of Vitamin. Usually height is genetics. So I think you will be around 5 foot to 5'1" at best...Good Luck

Unfortunately you have grown about all you are going to, most women stop growing around 18 or 19. The only way to truly get taller is a very painful procedure that will add a couple of inches. They go in and break the bones in your legs, then they insert a device and every few weeks you go to the doctor and he turns this thing breaking your legs again. What it does is keeps your bones apart and new bone material grows in between the bones lengthen your legs. They can only do it a little at a time so it take awhile and it hurts. You are also in a wheelchair the entire time.

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aLV2t , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

I'm 16 and I'm only 5"1, and truthfully speaking, neither of us is going to grow much taller. Maybe one or two inches or so, but that's about it. 18-21 is when most girls stop growing and since you're already 17, well the highest you're probably going to reach is around my height. Not to be negative, but you know, that's how life works.

If your parents are short as well then just resign yourself to the fact that you aren't going to grow much taller. But if they're tall... well, you might have a chance, although it's unlikely that you'd have a growth spurt at this age.

Drink a lot of milk- calcium helps bones to grow, and strengthens them too- and exercise and keep yourself fit and healthy. :)

I am exactly the same and i HATE it!
I have been to a doctor and a naturopath and both have recommend i could take hormone growth supplements.
I chose the natural ones because the medical ones are injections that yoo have every month. The natural "drops" i am taking now are ethanol and growth supplement. Every morning and night i put ten drops of it under my tongue and cant eat for ten minutes. It has worked i used to be shorter then 4 11" but have grown since taking them. Consult yoor naturopath =]
