People are quick to point out chick cars, so what's a "manly" car?
Keep in mind that I would only drive a car with a stick shift. No automatics or auto-stick garbage. I do prefer a small car as well since I live in the city, and enjoy good mileage.

OK, I drove HMMWV's for the Army, they got reasonable mileage, but they are NOT small, and they do not have a standard transmission. They got reasonable mileage with the diesel engines before they got loaded up with armor though.

Well some people don't seem to be reading everything that I wrote. I wouldn't want a car that does not have a stick shift, which knocks most of those muscle cars out of the running, I'm not going for racing, simply driving.

So Just Me, I can see that you like the V-8's and they ave their purpose, but if you want a car to just drive around that is available to purchase these days, again the classic muscle cars are out, and they don't come with standard transmissions. I never said anything against automatics (auto sticks I did) except that I wouldn't want one.

It is kind of funny the different circles people move in. While I admit that a car that has a "Bud Vase" listed as a factory option is a bit on the fem side, there just are not very many cars that offer it. In my circle we laugh at and poke fun at those that try to improve their macho image by the car they drive. Like the guy who has the black turbo Porsche (that still drives like an old lady), or those in the yellow Mustangs. Even better are the drivers of the new "Chargers". Personally I can't wait to see the type of wimps that buy the new Camero. Me I drive what I want and have fun. Just buy what you want and forget what others may think, the driver makes the car, not the other way around.
Corvettes, Camaro's Firebirds,Gto's for that matter any older real muscle cars. Anything with a four banger in it is a chick car. And having a stick in it does not mean it's not a chick car. Nor does having an automatic make it a chick car. A Buick Grand National or T-Type only come with an auto trans and will take down a lot of cars with a stick with no problem. Hum Vees are just for people with an ego problems They don't impress anyone with any taste.
this is a vehicle. no matter if this is a chick or guy vehicle relies upon on your theory - no longer something to do with the vehicle. automobiles of that length are by technique of far the most customary throughout all of Europe, as they are extra helpful in congested cities and narrow roads than more beneficial heavier automobiles. for sure, you may want to make confident a vehicle suits you. If it does no longer have power guidance, are you able to turn the wheel definitely? Does the seat bypass far adequate forwards or again to get tender? Is it large adequate to carry the passengers and belongings you assume? are you able to have adequate money the servicing and gas prices? Do you want it? Does it carry out properly adequate? If a majority of those are certain, then.... this is a chick vehicle in case you're a chick this is a guy vehicle in case you're a guy
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo (DEFINITELY studly) Subaru WRX-STI Nissan Maxima
I must point out that - even though you specified "small car", a tuck is always a sure way to beat the whole "chick" wrap. Nissan and Toyote make some nice smaller, economic trucks.
