flaxseed oil or fish oil????

which of the two have better benefit??  Can you take both say Flaxseed on day and fish oil the next?? thanks

i have heard that flaxseed oil is associated with prostrate cancer, so i would stick to fish oil.

I take Fish Oil, but am thinking about taking Flax seed oil as well. Both are good for you, and  it won't hurt to do both as they both have benefits.

take both its like eating extremely healthy food, also be careful with fish oil because mercury can get in it and cause unhealthy affects
