Can we conduct a war without PMC or Private Military Contractors like Blackwater?

Private contractor was killed and dragged through the streets of Fallujah. We sent in the Marines. Should they be regulated?

Well, since dems don't want to send soldiers to fight, what do you suggest.

Simply answered NO... We do not have the physical man
power to meet all the various security and Privite persons
requirments in this Theater, so your going to have them.

They are offering personal Protection for State Dept, and
Company executives doing business in Iraq. The are
guarding caravans of materials gong from one location
to another. All of Blackwaters people are equally as well
trained and in many cases far more well trained then the
average troop on the ground.

So they are serving a absolute function in the campaign,

Sure we can. It's when we try to nation-build in places that have never had Western-style democratic governments that PMCs get involved. Maybe we would have been better off turning Iraq over to the UN in 2004 and let them nation build. Going in and wrecking the place every 10-15 years would be much cheaper than what we're doing now.

Hillary wont use mercenaries . She already votes against it. I believe Obama will if he's elected... Think the economy is bad now?? Obama will keep the war going far beyond any republican... A Vote for Hillary is a vote for peace and sanity.

Addition to you comment :

I dont think the enemy discriminates mercenaries from soldiers. I remember soldiers also being dragged through the streets. We just have to get the heck out of there and work w/ the u.N. to reach the goals together w/ other countries in peace. We dint need mercenaries to prolong. killing on either side accomplishes zero.

We have with every war we've fought before now.

And don't use the nice little euphemism "Private Military Contractors". Call them what they are -- mercenaries. Hired guns.
