i'm installing the cd but it tells me to validate my windows but then it tell me i may have a counterfeit version.
i'm still not able to download music from media player to my phone!
is there anyway i can download the software from the net that i can download to my phone via usb?
when i connect the usb i hear the sound but when i check my computer i don't see the portable device connected any help?

Sounds like you need Drivers for your phone's USB connection. Search in google for "Motorola Razr USB drivers".
Another thing. It would not be advisable for you to broadcast that you have counterfeit software. And if the CD asks you to validate your windows and it comes up saying it's counterfeit then BUY THE GENUINE SOFTWARE.This has more advantages than counterfeit software. You will get more important updates and be able to download tons of Microsoft's awesome software. Plus you can then be able to get the music for your phone. So hurry and get it.
