How can I lose 6-10 ibs in 3 weeks?

I need to lose this much weight. I am going on holiday in 3 weeks and I want to lose this much weight because it's my cousin's wedding and I don't want to look fat in the pictures.

So, does anyone have any tips?

Currently,
I do about 10 minutes of exercise (dancing to hip hop songs)
I eat about 3 portions of fruit and veg a day
and i dirnk about 6 glasses of water a day.

First, I'm not American. And I don't eat badly. I don't like pizza and I'm not really a fan of potato chips. It's just my busy lifestyle that's making it hard on me. I do like chocolate though but I only have some once or twice a week if I am lucky.

I am trying to get at least half an hour a day but that only happens once or twice in a week. It's mostly stress that's making it hard for me to lose weight.

The weight just sticks to me like superglue.

10ibs is quite a lot for me. I'm going to a country for 4 weeks where i WILL GET ill. The last time I went there, I came back to England nearly 14 ibs less than what I had been before. And that was all from puking up and having upset stomachs.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7
p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Increase your work out to 20 minutes and you will sweat 10 lb. in about 4 days. Drink a couple more glasses of water. If you are in good enough condition. Check with a medical professional before starting a new regiment. 10 lb. is nothing I'm sure you probably look just fine and it is a self esteem issue not a weight problem. People often fluctuate 8 to10 lb in the normal life that is ok , it's when you gain weight on a steady curve that you have a problem.

Weight Watchers. I lost 7 pounds my first week then it slowed to about 3 pounds a week which is still aweome, and I;m not a very large girl I was only about 20 pounds overweight when I started. A lot of the meetings have free registration if you are new and you can always quit going after you lose what you need if you wish. Good Luck!!

Don't eat after 7 p.m. When you are full, stop eating!!! Drink plenty of water and exercise about an hour a day. Eat plenty of low fat stuff, fruits, vegetables, go wheat free!!! Also, swimming does wonderous things. Do about 20 to 50 laps depending on how big the pool is.

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

Good luck
