Where can I download the complete text of RA 9504 ?

I already googled - I only got the Senate version of the bill that was signed into law.

right here.  please be patient and keep scrolling till you reach the discussion on RA 9504.  there's an instruction there on how to download the bill (fnal draft) coz there's just no govt website that have posted it.
