semen is like 1/4 sperm and the rest is just bodily fluids. It depends on how your body mixes it. More "jelly" means a higher concentration of sperm.

I think it's normal for them to appear sometimes... I have only ever noticed them if I haven't ejaculated for a while and my sperm is kinda 'old'.

It a Mix of Semen and fluid from your Cowper's gland.The clear stuff is the fluided the other is semen.
