Cigar lighter on 2000 Lincoln LS doesn't work. I can't find the fuse box .?

Question

It's supposed to be on the passenger side kick panel but I can't find it. Any suggestions?

On the passenger side, under the dash, on the right side if you are looking at the dash. There is another one in the trunk next to battery. There is a third one under the hood behind the right headlight.

look at the owners manuel,,and it will tell you where the fuse box  lyes
