What does this graphic dream mean?

I had a dream that I birthed a dead fetus in the bathroom (YUCK!). In the dream, I wasn't even phased by it which would scare the mess out of me in real life. It was bloody and gross. Then the dream panned to another Caucasian woman who perhaps looked as if she were the same age as I (except she looked even more stressed than I did), having the same experience, rejoicing almost that this happened. She wrapped her fetus in tissue and discarded it. It must have been winter season, because the woman had on black boots, a tweed tan jacket, a white shirt, and a dark colored skirt. She was in an office setting. She had short blond hair and she looked SO RELIEVED when it was over. 

Can anyone explain this? I know I am starting a new chapter in my life, but I don't get why a dead fetus would feed into this. And no, I was not watching Nightmare on Elm Street and I am not a drinker, so I wasn't tipsy when I went to bed. LOL!  Any thoughts?

its seems like you are letting go of something that has been worrying or bringing you down. It is possible that you are letting go of something bad to let something good come in as you enter a new chapter of your life.

I am no interpreter of dreams, but I can see that you are worried about something. The dead fetus probably symbolizes failure, that you are afraid of. The lady disposing the similar thing is a peer who is ignoring it (at least in your eyes) and getting ahead with life. In your dreams, you are telling yourself that you should do the same.

first of all, did this woman look familiar 2 u? (i really dunno if that would help with this though just wondering)
i think the dead fetus might symbolize something like fear, like maybe ur worried about something?
