You can work as a staff nurse in a nursing home, or in a hospital (any specialty - they train you to the unit), an out-patient clinic nurse, a corrections nurse (jails), a school nurse, home health nurse, hospice, etc.

With experience and time and an employer who cares more about your abilities than your degree, you can work up the ladder and get yourself into a leadership role (management), but you would be better off in the long run to eventually complete your BSN.
