Beef flank steak recipe?

I have a thin sliced beef flank steak that I would like to cook tonight. Its about a half inch thick, and weighs about a pound altogether. Any recipe ideas? Do I bake or broil, and for how long? Thanks!

One of my favorites...

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds whole flank steak
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon black pepper,
2 cloves garlic, crushed

PREPARATION

Poke the meat with a fork to help the marinade penetrate. Mix the marinade in a large resealable bag, reserving 1/4 cup. Drop the steak into the bag and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours.

Grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side (until medium rare). Brush with the reserved marinade before serving. Slice diagonally across the grain in thin slices.

It's already sliced? That's weird to buy it that way; uusally it comes in 1 big piece that's excellent marinated and then BBQ'd. But, you could stir fry the slices with garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper and then stir fry some sliced onions & green peppers and make FAJITAS with it ..... Or, saute the slices until cooked; add some BBQ sauce and heat; serve in big crusty rolls
