Wow, sounds like you have a fun night in store! If you're looking for the best cut of meat at a steakhouse like Ruth's Chris, you can never go wrong by ordering the Porterhouse for two. It combines the best qualities of the tenderloin along with the strip loin. If you're dining alone, because sometimes a Porterhouse can only be ordered for two guests, I would recommend the filet mignon if you're more interested in quality of the cut over the quantity, or a New York strip steak if you're looking for roughly 16 or more ounces of beef. Be sure to leave room for dessert!

The filet is delicious. The Cowboy Ribeye is also delicious. It's the bone-in version of the ribeye. The waiter recommended it. The bone-in has more flavor. As far as sides, I got mashed potatoes. They were good. The broccoli with cheese sauce was very yummy. Enjoy!!

Please make sure to get two orders of the sweet potatoes. I go there just for them.
